Adding a chat widget

Need to add chat functionality?


We currently support Crisp and Intercom live chat.

Navigate to Settings -> General -> Chat widget and enter the desired ID.

Crisp Chat

Your Crisp ID can be found under their dashboard. Click the Settings cog -> Website Settings and then settings for your organization.

Click the Setup Instructions dropdown and copy the "Website ID".

Navigate back to your Astrola dashboard and add to the Crisp chat field.

Please only use one chat widget at a time, otherwise, we won't know which to use.

Intercom

To add an Intercom chat widget, navigate to your Intercom dashboard, and click your profile icon at the bottom left.

Click the Settings -> Installation (On the left sidebar) -> Web -> With Code - Scroll down and copy the app_id string.

Navigate back to your Astrola dashboard and add to the Crisp chat field.
